We are a registered non-profit and volunteer-driven organization dedicated to providing humanitarian support across Ukraine. Our mission is to alleviate suffering, promote resilience, and strengthen local communities through direct action and international collaboration. We operate both as a U.S.-based non-profit and a Ukrainian NGO, ensuring transparency, accountability, and legal compliance in all our activities.

Our volunteers are engaged in a wide range of humanitarian activities, including aid distribution, logistics, rebuilding efforts, medical support, civilian assistance, community outreach, and educational programs. We match volunteers to roles based on their skills, interests, and the current needs on the ground.

Yes. We are officially registered in Ukraine as a non-governmental organization (NGO) and operate in partnership with local authorities and international relief networks.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, physically and mentally fit for humanitarian work, and willing to follow our safety protocols and organizational code of conduct. No previous experience is required — just a genuine desire to help and a responsible attitude.

You can apply directly through our website by filling out the volunteer application form. After submission, our coordination team will contact you to discuss your skills, interests, availability, and possible deployment options.

Volunteer placements range from one week to several months. We encourage longer commitments when possible, as they allow for deeper community impact and stronger team integration.

While language skills are helpful, they are not required. Many of our local coordinators and volunteers speak English, and we provide basic language guides and orientation materials to help you communicate effectively.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Citizens of most EU countries, the UK, the USA, Canada, and several others can stay in Ukraine for up to 90 days without a visa. If you plan to stay longer, we can guide you through the visa extension process.

We recommend bringing weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy footwear, personal hygiene items, a power bank, any necessary medications, and copies of important documents. A detailed packing list will be provided once your placement is confirmed.

Yes. All volunteers receive a comprehensive orientation that covers cultural awareness, safety guidelines, communication protocols, and basic humanitarian principles. Specialized roles may include additional task-specific training.

Safety is our highest priority. We continuously monitor the security situation and never deploy volunteers to active conflict zones. Our operations are concentrated in relatively stable areas, and we maintain close communication with local authorities and partner organizations to ensure up-to-date risk assessments.

Volunteers receive detailed safety briefings, emergency contact information, and guidance on movement restrictions. We also maintain evacuation and medical support plans in case of unforeseen events.

Conditions vary by project and location. Some placements are in well-equipped centers, while others may involve more basic environments. Flexibility, patience, and teamwork are key qualities for all volunteers.

Many volunteers continue to support our mission remotely by helping with fundraising, outreach, social media, or translation. Once part of our team, you remain a valued member of our global volunteer community.
